A 65” TV and sound bar are mounted 6” off of the wall, giving the pair a floating effect.

The sound bar under the TV is a combination of 2 products: a Sonos Playbar covered by a Leon Tonecase Fit Mounting System, which is designed to fit the width of the TV for a sleek, uniform look.

The automated shades in the kitchen have a darker fabric, which absorbs light and allows the hill country views to come through even when lowered.

The game room provides a movie theater-style experience with an 85” TV and surround sound through a Leon sound bar, in-ceiling speakers and subwoofer.

The master bedroom has floor to ceiling windows with breathtaking views. Automated shades and drapes provide privacy when needed.

Speakers installed in the wood ceiling add sound to the outdoor living and pool area.

A keypad installed by the patio door controls the outdoor space lights.
